How It Started
From Our Kitchen to Yours
We founded Dolbergs in 2021, baking for family and friends who kept coming back for more. Word spread, and soon we expanded to selling at Cigars International in Fort Worth — starting with every Friday night, then growing to multiple nights a week, selling out most nights.
The Baker
Michaela Dolberg
Michaela is the talent behind everything that comes out of our kitchen. She's been baking and cooking since she was a little girl, and it shows in every bite.
In 2020, like so many others, she was driven by a desire for real food free from chemicals. She started experimenting more and more — and the menu exploded.
All Hands on Dough
A True Family Effort
Dolbergs is a family bakery in every sense of the word. Everyone in the family helps out — mixing, baking, packing, and selling — even our new baby, who contributes the giggles that keep the kitchen running.

We are driven to serve the Lord in all that we do, and we hope to express that through our food and drinks. Every bake is an offering of gratitude — made with care, shared with joy.
